Me and Art History

I’m Mrs. Alder, and if you haven’t figured out yet, one of my biggest passions is art history. It all started when I took an AP Art History class in high school. My love continued to grow as I studied it in college and during a study abroad in Europe. Now I’m doing my best to pass on that love to my own students. There’s very few things that bring me as much joy as when I see my passion rub off on my students.

The purpose of my blog is to share art history with as many people as possible. Whether it’s sharing knowledge, or traveling to see famous museums and art pieces, I want you to experience art history with me. If you haven’t already, also make sure to check out my YouTube channel, where you’ll find new videos that I publish every Thursday.

Stay tuned, and like I always tell my students – “The art just keeps getting better.”
